Sorry I missed you

Made a short trip back to Singapore last week. Made many promises to meet up but my schedule was just gruelling. Not to mention some unpleasant politics that has to do with me being asian.

Too many devastating events happening in these few months, it's upsettling and makes me upset everytime I glance at the headlines and see innocent lives leaving us. Yet, unfortunately also doesn't shock me as well. Many years down the road, I'd would 'like' to be shocked. Having all these disasters be an anomaly instead of a almost common-occurence. There's nothing common about having lives taken.
