So far so good, the muscle relaxants seem to be working and the shoulder ache seems to be subsiding. But I'm feeling mighty sleepy.

At least I'm putting my insurance into good use because the hospital will be arranging physiotherapy sessions for me soon as well! Woooppiieeezz!
